Terms and Conditions

General terms of service and supply for EuroValve Italia products and platforms.

Last updated: August 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to our website. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, which apply to all users, customers, and partners engaging with EuroValve Italia, a leading valve manufacturer based in Italy and exporting globally. These terms cover orders, payments, shipping, intellectual property, warranties, and limitation of liability.

2. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to EuroValve Italia, registered and based in Italy.
  • “Customer” refers to any company, entity, or individual purchasing products or accessing this site.
  • “Products” refer to the industrial valves and custom control equipment manufactured or supplied by us.
  • “Website” refers to the online platforms and domains operated by us.

3. Scope of Supply

Our company specializes in manufacturing and exporting high-performance industrial valves, including ball, gate, globe, check, butterfly, control, and pressure-reducing valves. All technical parameters, drawings, and custom specifications must be approved in writing before production begins.

4. Orders & Acceptance

All quotations issued are subject to confirmation. Orders are only considered accepted once we issue a formal written Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to material shortages, pricing errors, or export regulation constraints.

5. Pricing & Payments

Prices are typically quoted in EUR (€) or USD ($) EXW (Ex Works) unless specified otherwise. Payments are due in full according to the agreed terms in the order confirmation (e.g., advanced payment or letter of credit). Late payments may accrue interest under EU directive rules.

6. Global Shipping & Customs

Unless shipping terms are agreed otherwise (e.g. FOB, CIF), the customer is responsible for arranging freight, import customs clearance, duties, and local taxes in the country of destination. Our logistics team will supply all standard export documents, certificates of origin, and compliance datasheets.

7. Cancellation and Return Policy

Given that a major portion of our industrial valves are custom-manufactured or actuated to order, cancellations or returns are not accepted unless specifically agreed in writing. Returns of standard stocked valves are subject to a restocking fee and must be returned in unused condition within 30 days.

8. Limited Warranty

All industrial valves supplied by the Company are covered by a standard 12-month mechanical warranty from the date of installation (or 18 months from shipment, whichever comes first) against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damages caused by incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, or abrasive medium wear.

9. Intellectual Property

All technical files, mechanical designs, 3D CAD files, logos, images, and content displayed on this website are the sole property of EuroValve Italia. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or manufacturing using our designs is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of production, revenue, or business interruption) resulting from valve operational downtime, except where required by mandatory Italian consumer and product liability law.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions, along with any supply contracts, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Bergamo, Italy.
